3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

JAIGP is specifically designed for AI-generated or AI-assisted research papers. By submitting content, you acknowledge that:

You must accurately disclose all AI systems involved in content generation
You must provide accurate information about AI models, versions, and their roles
You remain responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before submission
You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and ethical standards

4. Platform Liability Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability:

JAIGP PROVIDES THIS PLATFORM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. JAIGP, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:

The accuracy, completeness, or quality of user-submitted content
Any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in submitted papers
Any intellectual property infringement by user-submitted content
Any harm, damage, or loss resulting from reliance on content published on JAIGP
Any disputes between users or between users and third parties
Any legal claims arising from user-submitted content

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JAIGP, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

7. Content Moderation and Removal
